Explosion-proof PCR Tubes

PCR (polymerase chain reaction) is a technique used in molecular biology to amplify a single copy or a few copies of a piece of DNA across several orders of magnitude, generating thousands to millions of copies of a particular DNA sequence. It is an easy and cheap tool to amplify a focused segment of DNA, useful for such purposes as the diagnosis and monitoring of genetic diseases, identification of criminals (in the field of forensics), and studying the function of a targeted segment of DNA. The PCR is commonly carried out in a PCR tube in a thermal cycler. Wall-thickness, thermal conductivity of the material, mechanical performance and other technical properties of PCR products will have the direct impacts on tests and results. Usually, the PC tubes, made of medical grade polypropylene, should be easy to open, while provide tight sealing to prevent evaporation in PCR. Besides, they should ensure efficient and homogenous heat transfer to the sample due to wall thickness and smooth wall surface. And the tubes ensure the highest degree of purity.
