Biologix Mini Plasmid Purification Kit (Spin Column) is based on Biologix’s classic silica membrane purification technology, the silica membrane efficiently adsorb DNA under low pH and chaotropic conditions. However, DNA can be eluted and purified under aqueous solution, capable of simply and efficiently extracting and purifying plasmid DNA from bacteria. The purified plasmid DNA is suitable for downstream applications such as restriction digestion, PCR amplification, sequencing and library preparation and other molecular biology experiments.
