Biologix Wash Buffers for IHC, Western Blot, ELISA, Southern blot, Northern blot, and other immunoassay assays are antibody diluents or non-specific antibody washes containing PBS, PBST, TBS, TBST, and SSC buffers.
● PBST & TBST are PBS & TBS buffers containing Tween -20, respectively, which help in the elution of non-specific proteins.
● SSC has been autoclaved and can be used for denaturation and cleaning in avariety of hybridization experiments, while it is also the most standard blotting and hybridization treatment solution in molecular biology.
