2xYT Medium is a dry powder. The product specification is 250g per bottle. For the cultivation of Escherichia coli.
Instructions for use:
1.Suspend 31.0 g in 1 L of purified water
2.Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder
3.Dispense and autoclave at 121 ℃ for 20 minutes
